A Romantic Adults-Only Experience
This adults-only dining experience under the stars brings the romance of the Caribbean to every scrumptious dish. Exclusively for you, Chef smokes fresh marlin in-house on pimento seeds and hickory wood for the perfect tender and fragrant bite. Your classic Caesar salad goes Saint Lucian with bacon bits, roasted pineapple, garlic croutons, and a fresh papaya dressing. Fresh rosemary from our greenhouse and aromatic garlic elevate traditionally grilled lamb chops while vegetarian manicotti is rich with pumpkin mushrooms and spinach in a garlic and fresh basil marinara.

For Gentlemen – Sport slacks, khakis, jeans (no cut-offs), collared sport shirts, dress shoes.
(Must be made in advance in the lobby. Seating schedules accommodate both families and couples. There is no charge for Veranda as part of the Premium All-Inclusive package.)
Menu Highlights/Signature Dishes:
Pimento smoked marlin with lime aioli, pickled onions and fried capers, grilled beef tenderloin and coconut shrimp with a red wine reduction and lime beurre blanc, chocolate rum cake with strawberry coulis and toasted almond ice cream. *Gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly.

For Gentlemen – sport slacks, khakis, jeans (no cut-offs), collared sport shirts, dress shoes.
For Ladies – summer or cocktail dresses, casual skirts or pants and blouses, capri pants, jeans (no cut-offs).
